We had to go to Wal-Mart in Conroe yesterday, and I was surprised to see
they had Clearance racks at the front of the store near the produce,
and then all throughout the women's, men's, and children's clothing
departments. Some as low as $3! So if you're on a tight budget and
need to get some clothes for back-to-school or just because, it would be
a good weekend to check it out, since this is Tax-Free Weekend in
Texas!
