Target-Huntsville-Clearance Finds

Everyone knows about the clearance sections and Post-Holiday clearance at Target, but today I thought I'd highlight some especially good deals to look for if they're something you'd use!! 

In the girls' clothing section, they had a few of these adorable shirts left for just $1.80!! 

And on the clearance racks there were quite a few gymnastics leotards for around $5!!  Stock up at that price!!  

And back by the Valentine's clearance they had these $1 spot games for only $0.30!!  I got several for next years' Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes!!

Target Huntsville Mark Downs

Target still has bunches of Christmas Clearance items.  Some of it had been marked down to 70% off!  But they also have an aisle set up for toys at 30% off!  If you see something you love, now would be the time to get it!  But if there's a bunch of it or you want a GREAT deal...wait a few days, maybe a week!  They should mark them down even further before long! But there were some great prices already to get for gifts throughout the year!  My girls love Mooshka dolls which are normally anywhere from $19-30, and they were marked down to around $10! They also had some small boy Lego sets for around $7!

There were some really cute baby clearance items too if you have any babies to buy for!

Wal-Mart Huntsville Mark Downs

Had to run in Wal-Mart today and started browsing the kids' clothing to see if there were any good deals for my growing kids!!  I was pleasantly surprised to find several racks of clearances clothes, including Polo Shirts and other uniform clothing items!!  Good time to stock up if you're children need them for school!! And there were lots of baby/toddler clothes too!

JCPenney-Huntsville

JCPenney's in Huntsville has a great big cart full of shoes marked down!  Mostly kids, a few women's and a few men's. Check it out by the Customer Service counter in the back! 

Tractor Supply Stock-Up!

Tractor Supply in Huntsville has a Clearance Section back by their Bathroom--seems to be a popular spot!! Well, for you canners, they had a bunch of salsa, pasta sauce, and pickle seasoning packets for just $0.99!!  They also had a pressure canner for just $99!  Amongst other things!  

They also have a cool selection of DVDs for just $3.99 this week while they're on sale! If you homeschool like us or are just a history buff, you'll especially like this, because they have a great selection of historical documentaries like these! 

Brookshire Bros. Clearance Stocking Stuffers

Brookshire Bros. has a clearance section back by their bathrooms and today I found some fuzzy socks for only $1 there!  Great Stocking Stuffer idea!!  Also some Dino-eggs that fizz in the bathtub for $1.72 and some little dolls for $0.88!  So if you still need stocking stuffers, check it out! 

JCPenney's Coupon & Clearance!

I had a JCPenney's $10/$10+ Coupon I wanted to use this weekend, so I scoped out the clearance racks.  I found a cute top that was $12, so I paid just about $2.50 after the coupon!

I also found a pair of shoes for my son that were also marked down to $12, so after the other coupon I had they were also about $2.50!  

The ladies' clearance section had quite a few of these orange, orange striped, and navy tank tops...perfect for our SHSU community!  And they were under $5!

Hobby Lobby-Huntsville-Clearance

I was in Hobby Lobby in Huntsville yesterday picking up a few things, and decided I would check out their clearance section just to see if there was anything worth-while!  

In case you're not aware, their Clearance Section is always on the left/east wall to the back. Then they usually have another sewing notions clearance section on the right/west wall to the back.  

I was very glad I decided to check it out, because there were all kinds of cool markdowns!  I only took two pictures, but there were tons of great things!  I got some of the gift card boxes there were marked down to $0.53 to use for a game in my business!  I also got several of the "Let's Play" Card/Domino/Marble Games sets for Christmas gifts, and some Princess/Fairy Shrinky Dinks for Stocking Stuffers.  They were both around $3.50-75. Those and some other items they had would make great Operation Christmas Child Shoebox packing items, as well!

Kroger-Huntsville-Deals

Tractor Supply Co.-Huntsville

Today while in Tractor Supply Co. I was looking around on my way to the restroom, when I discovered the little Clearance Corner right by the restrooms!  I'd seen it before, but forgot about it, so it was new to me all over again!

Some of the prices were not very deep of a discount, but some were great!  Depends on what you're looking for, I guess!  

One of my Favorite Finds were these Canning Jars!  They were just $5.99!

And near the center of the store, there is a Community Board, where you can place your business card!  Love it! Of course, I left a few and took one that I hope to network with! 

Academy in Huntsville also had some clearance racks I spotted and some shoes marked down.  However, I wasn't impressed with the prices. Maybe closer to the end of the year, they'll be more motivated to mark them lower!

Palais Royal Sale

I stopped in Palais Royal in Huntsville today to use my $10 off $10+ coupon I got in the mail.  They are having a "One-Day" Sale where the whole store is 50% off.  But if you look in the back away from the aisles, there are clearance racks with {some really cute} clothes marked up to 70% off.   And it looks like the 50% applies to that also.  I'm not sure, I didn't buy anything off the clearance racks.  But just a heads up, the coupon is not valid during the One-Day, Night-Owl Sale.  

However, the top I got was regularly $30, and it rang up for just over $12.  And of course, it's Tax-Free Weekend in Texas, so that helps! 

Walmart Clearance - Conroe

We had to go to Wal-Mart in Conroe yesterday, and I was surprised to see they had Clearance racks at the front of the store near the produce, and then all throughout the women's, men's, and children's clothing departments.  Some as low as $3!  So if you're on a tight budget and need to get some clothes for back-to-school or just because, it would be a good weekend to check it out, since this is Tax-Free Weekend in Texas!

I was on my way to Dollar Tree and saw some pretty dresses on a clearance rack outside of Maurice's in Huntsville!  So I had to go check it out!  Most of them were $29.95-$39.95. Plus 75% off!   Ya'll, that comes to just $7-9!!!!

There were more racks inside with tops and pants at 75% off too!  

I got a maxi skirt and a cute top for around $16! Not bad!

Clearance finds at Target

I was out and about at Huntsville Target yesterday and found some good deals!  There's a good bit of clothes and shoes on clearance for adults and kiddos.  I only bought one shirt for my little boy, but it was $4 and there's a 20% off coupon in the Cartwheel app! If you're trying to get the kids ready to go back to school, this could be a good deal!

 

 They also had some summer items on clearance.  I got one of the drinking "mason" jars for a thank-you gift.  It was less than $2 and I just stuffed it with candy I already had on hand and tied a ribbon around the straw. 

Target also had lots of fingernail polish marked down!  I didn't buy any though, because there is usually always coupons you can combine with those discounts and I didn't have my coupons with me.

Back to School Sales

I got super busy with other things and didn't think I had much interest in this blog, so I let it go...so to speak!  Well, today I was perusing through my old blogs thinking about starting up a new one.  It's not up and running completely yet, but when it is you can check it out here if you have any interest in it. LifeChek-The Woodlands BIG SALE

I stopped in LifeChek off Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands today and to my surprise, they had LOTS of items on sale with HUGE discounts!!  They said they are remodeling to expand their pharmacy, so they are making room!  I didn't take pictures of every aisle, but hopefully you'll get the idea from the ones I did take!

As you can see they had a whole endcap display of vitamins for $1!  (Including children's vitamins)  I got two poison ivy washes (we use those a lot around here) for $1 each--they retail $23!  They also had a lot of items on the household cleaning product aisle for $1 or less.  They also had gift items, like household decor and picture frames, etc for $3-$7, some more or less.  They had baskets full of stuffed animals for  $1 each.  Some were really cute, but our kiddos have tons already, so I didn't get any of those.  And they had a basket full of mascara on a table in the front all marked $1, including Cover Girl, Maybelline and others!  (Possibly free with coupons!)

  Below is everything I purchased...for $23 total!

They had lots of gift items to stock up for birthdays/Christmas, etc.  Toys from 10 cents to 25 cents, 50 cents, $1, $2!  Lots of Melissa & Doug items.  I got one game I've been eying from a conference regularly $16.99, for $2!  Sprinklers for $5.  A folding lawn chair for $4, and I'm wishing I would have bought it! I forgot one of ours was starting to break. 

 They also had foot spas regularly $23, for $7.99!  So if you're in The Woodlands, stop in LifeChek and check it out!
